Senior GIS Software Engineer

Lead the design and delivery of advanced enterprise GIS applications, integrations, and geospatial workflows for complex projects across the MENA region.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • At least 5 years of professional experience building and delivering production-grade GIS software solutions
  • Expert knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS APIs/SDKs, and geoprocessing workflows
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including ArcPy and the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, spatial databases, SQL, Git, automated testing, deployment, performance optimization, and technical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems, troubleshoot critical issues, lead technical delivery, and communicate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent professional English, both written and spoken, is mandatory

Senior AI Engineer - GIS

Design, build, evaluate, and deploy advanced AI and machine-learning solutions for GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, and enterprise geospatial workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, or a closely related field; a master's degree is strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production AI or machine-learning systems, including substantial work with geospatial data
  • Expert Python skills and deep practical experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, GeoPandas, GDAL or Rasterio, spatial data pipelines, model evaluation, and optimization
  • Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python, spatial analysis, imagery analysis, and GeoAI workflows
  • Strong experience delivering computer-vision, remote-sensing, spatial machine-learning, predictive-analysis, or generative-AI solutions for GIS use cases
  • Proven knowledge of MLOps, APIs, containers, cloud deployment, monitoring, security, responsible AI, and data governance
  • Ability to translate complex GIS and business needs into robust AI solutions and explain results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent professional English, both written and spoken, is mandatory

GIS Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise GIS projects, coordinating clients, technical teams, budgets, schedules, and quality across the MENA region.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a closely related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing GIS or geospatial technology projects from initiation through successful delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, spatial databases, data workflows, and enterprise GIS implementations
  • Proven ability to define project scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, change requests, quality assurance, procurement, vendors, and project documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including requirements gathering, executive reporting, client presentations, and coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Practical experience with Agile and traditional project-delivery methods; PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is preferred
  • Excellent professional English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
